   SH0545 automatic crude oil wax precipitation point tester is a touch screen type tester, which can be used to test glass transition temperature, phase transition, melting and enthalpy value, product stability, curing, specific heat, oxidation induction period, etc.

Wax precipitation point

The temperature at which wax crystals begin to separate from the crude oil liquid system, that is, the corresponding initial temperature when the sample curve starts to deviate from the baseline and forms an exothermic peak, expressed in Tc.

Heat the crude oil sample to the temperature above the wax precipitation point, and then lower the temperature at a certain rate. Record the differential heat flow of the sample and the reference at each temperature point. Draw the wax precipitation curve of crude oil with the differential heat flow as the ordinate and the temperature as the abscissa.
