ST-16B Simple gel strength meter (cryometer)
ST-16A gel strength tester can be used to test the strength value of gelatin, carrageenan, agar, agar, super absorbent resin, high molecular hydrogel, butter, cream, fish balls, dairy products, oilfield polymer and other gel or force value under preset conditions.
This instrument is easy to operate, does not require complex training, one click operation, and real-time automatic display of graphs and results.
